Vegan Burger Easy Recipe

Vegan Burger Easy Recipe – If you’re ready for a raw, delicious and wholesome vegan burger easy recipe, then you’ve stumbled upon our best burger recipe.

Hello 10 Minute Vegan Burger Easy Recipe!

Vegan burger easy recipe is a great everyday food that is fool proof, easy to make and seriously good to eat. When beginning raw food recipes it helps to be able to associate the food with something that is more “mainstream”.

Burgers are about as mainstream as you can get—and they are not intimidating to make at all. Everybody loves to put meat (or in this case, nuts and seeds!) between a  bun and eat it with their hands. Other great beginning raw food recipes include soups and smoothies, but those aren’t as much fun to make as a burger.

Health Benefits of Eating Raw Vegan Recipes:

Incorporating raw food into your diet is incredible healthful. You can improve your skin and add a delicious natural flow. Improve your energy, have clearer thinking and of course, elevate your raw food culinary skills.

You Don’t Have to Go 100% Raw to Reap Benefits!

Although I’m not a raw foodist I can very much appreciate the health benefits of including raw whole foods in my diet on a regular basis. All that stuff about how eating raw foods will help make your skin glow, give you more zip, pep and go, etc. really is true.

But you absolutely do not need to go 100% raw to reap the benefits either. It’s as simple as trying to eat either one raw fruit or one raw vegetable with pretty much every meal. And sometimes I’ll go completely raw with a raw entrée (like my vegan burgers easy recipe below)… but just for one meal.

But What Will the Men Think? Will Real Men Eat Vegan Burgers?

Although I’ve been experimenting making raw vegan burger easy recipes for a few weeks now, I’ve really just been making them for myself for a quick lunch. My husband has been hearing me talk about them, but he hadn’t actually had the opportunity to try one. But, lucky for him, he got his big chance to be my official vegan-burger-easy-recipe-taste-tester the other day.

Except for the Smell Factor…

When you are un-cooking (making raw food) nobody can smell a thing so nobody says a word. And when they think it’s “raw” and they hear a food processor grinding a bunch of seeds and stuff together they get a little nervous. Just trust me on this one.

When my husband came home around 8 p.m., he was starving and wanted to know “What’s for dinner?” I started talking about the raw vegan burger easy recipe I had been working on all day. Then, I explained how they have several different types of seeds, etc. He wasn’t that impressed with my explanation… but he did love them. Stay tuned.

Ok, I get it. I know most guys aren’t into vegetarian food, much less vegan raw food. But all I can say is that if it tastes good and fills them up they’ll eat it.

My Husband Ate THREE Raw Vegan Burger Easy Recipe

My husband ate three raw vegan burgers. Yep, it’s true. I piled on a scoop of our most delicious Potato Salad with a little extra mustard. Then added slices of fresh tomato. He ate them along with a side of fresh guacamole spread on sprouted whole grain bread chips and a spinach salad with my special Lemon Salad Dressing. Then, we had fresh berries and Banana Ice Cream for dessert. He was full.
