The Clean Cuisine Dinners Cookbook is different than almost all dinner cookbooks on the market because all of our recipes are anti-inflammatory with the following features:
· Dairy-free option
· Gluten-free option
· Exceptionally rich in nutrients (including vitamins and minerals)

· Rich in antioxidants
