Who are Ivy and Dr. Andy Larson, M.D.?
Ivy and Andy are a husband and wife team whohave spent a combined 30 years researching, lecturing, and writing five books on the subjects of nutrition, health and wellness. Their interest in these topics was sparked by Ivy’s diagnosis with multiple sclerosis (MS) in 1998 at the age of twenty-two while Andy was in medical school and shortly after Ivy received her American College of Sports Medicine Health Fitness Specialist certification.
